Once upon a time in a small town, there lived a remarkable woman named Patricia, affectionately known as Pat. She wasn't just an ordinary soul; she was a beacon of warmth, a loving wife, and a dedicated nurse.
Pat had an undeniable love for life and a heart that always put others before herself.
As a nurse, Pat tirelessly cared for those in need, embodying the essence of selflessness and compassion. Her days were spent ensuring the well-being of others, and her nights were filled with love and laughter shared with her family. Despite the challenges she faced, Pat maintained a grace and elegance that left an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
In the midst of her journey, Pat discovered a whimsical joy in collecting frogs. These charming creatures became a symbol of her resilience and the love that enveloped her. Her Husband, my father, would give her frogs throughout their 42 years of marriage, each one carrying a special sentiment.
Pat was not just a loving mother and grandmother, she was my best friend -- a confidante who shared in my joys and comforted me in times of sorrow. She instilled in me the importance of kindness, generosity, and the profound impact that making others happy can have on their lives.
In the spirit of Pat's legacy, I decided to channel my grief into something beautiful.
